It is the only Institute of its kind in South Asia that offers educational, therapeutic and psychological services for children, youth and adults under one roof. IBP is the winner of the highest award in the field of Special Education from amongst 22 participating countries, bestowed by Princess Haya of Dubai for ‘Outstanding Special Needs Centre’ and for achieving Excellence in Special Education.
IBP School of Special Education
Established in 1986 the IBP School of Special Education addresses the needs of students with Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD). Cerebral Palsy (CP), mental dysfunction due to epilepsy, illness or injury, and other conditions associated with intellectual disability. We are the only school of its kind in South Asia that trains, educates and rehabilitates individuals with multiple disabilities.
BP School for Slow Learners
The School for Slow Learners was established to address the needs of those children who do not fall under the category of Special Needs, and yet cannot cope in mainstream schools. Our aim is to help these students develop sufficient academic skills and abilities to reintegrate to a mainstream school setting, or else to develop the vocational skills necessary to be able to earn a living and become financially independent.
