Chal Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It is approved under Section 2(36)(c) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. The organization is certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) and is a partner of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). It undergoes annual financial audits conducted by KPMG, one of the leading audit firms. Additionally, Chal Foundation is registered with the Employee Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) under Rule 3(3) of the EOBI Act, 1976.
At Chal, it is believed that every child and every person has the right to live a fulfilling life regardless of any disabilities that they face. Any form of support can help a child with disability to go to school or an adult with disability to go for skills training or generate livelihood for their families. It also assists in making people work with their hands and stand on their feet as contributing citizens.
As the largest network of rehabilitation centers in Pakistan, Chal Foundation is committed to providing comprehensive services to people with disabilities across the country.
