At i-Care, she leads partner management, program development, disbursements, and operational donor support. A strong advocate for disability and inclusion causes, Erum excels in stakeholder management and relationship-building, fostering meaningful collaborations. Her positive energy uplifts the workplace, inspiring her team and partners alike. In her downtime, she loves traveling, reading, and exploring Urdu poetry.

A qualified FCCA with 12 years of experience, Muhammad Walid leads the Finance and Administration teams at i-Care. He oversees end-to-end financial processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Previously, he held key roles at Leopards Courier Services, focusing on strategic planning and resource optimization. Known for his detail-oriented approach, Walid brings robust financial expertise and strong management skills to his role. Outside of work, he cherishes family time and keeps up with business and finance trends.

Khudeja Hakimji is a seasoned communications professional with over 15 years of experience creating content and crafting strategy. As the Senior Manager of Communications and Culture at i-Care Foundation, Khudeja is engaged in shaping the organization's narrative, fostering impactful connections, and designing communication strategies that amplify its mission. Outside of work, Khudeja enjoys painting, cooking, and reading—blending creativity and passion in every endeavor.

Kashif Majeed has been with the i-Care Foundation for over 12 years, witnessing the organization’s growth and challenges with unwavering loyalty and dedication. As Manager Administration, he oversees facility management, procurement, and banking relationships, ensuring smooth operational support. Known for his honesty and reliability, Kashif plays a critical role in maintaining the foundation’s day-to-day operations. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and long-distance driving.

Sheraz Sarwar specializes in project management and process improvement, leveraging tools like SAP, Excel, and Power BI. With dual Master’s degrees and professional certifications, Sheraz has led global projects at the British Council. At i-Care, he applies his expertise to enhance program execution and donor engagement. In his free time, Sheraz enjoys online PC gaming and cherishes moments with friends and family.

Shakir Iqbal is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of expertise in financial management and fund oversight. With cross-sector experience, he focuses on process optimization and maintaining strong financial controls at i-Care. Shakir’s analytical approach ensures the organization’s financial stability and compliance. Outside of work, he is an avid cricket fan known for his hard-hitting batting style and passion for the game.
