What is IBA?

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi began its journey of academic excellence in 1955 as a business school. Over the years, it has evolved into an institute comprising three schools: the School of Business Studies (SBS), the School of Economics and Social Sciences (SESS), and the School of Mathematics and Computer Science (SMCS).

Why IBA Needs You

Diversity and inclusivity have become the cornerstone of IBA’s foundation over the last decade. As one of the first higher education institutions to launch a diversity initiative—the National Talent Hunt Program—IBA has transformed the lives of thousands of financially challenged but talented students. Additionally, our sustainable financial assistance program, supported by generous donors, allows students from various socioeconomic backgrounds and geographical regions to access quality education. Join us in our mission to nurture the human capital of Pakistan.

What Do You Get When You Donate to IBA?

  • Impactful Marketing Mileage: Including exclusive naming rights to fully-funded scholarships and endowments.
  • Tax Benefits: Available to donors both domestically and internationally.
  • Visible ROI: Our graduates are typically employed within three months of graduation, showcasing the quick impact of your donation.
  • Gratification: Supporting higher education offers the quickest path to upward social mobility for students and their families.

How You Can Donate to IBA

Financial Aid for Deserving Students

At least 35% of IBA students receive some form of financial assistance. No student is denied education due to a lack of funds. To support these deserving students, we offer a pay-as-you-go annual scholarship option along with a fully Shariah-compliant Zakat-based module. To ensure the sustainability of our scholarship program, we also accept generous contributions in the form of restricted and general endowments, which act as perpetual funds benefiting students for generations.

National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP)

Each year, IBA reaches out to students from remote areas of Pakistan, encouraging them to apply for the National Talent Hunt Program. After two months of on-campus training, candidates who pass the IBA aptitude test are awarded a four-year, all-expenses-paid scholarship. Those who do not make it to IBA often join other top-tier universities.
