RLCC serves over 20,000 beneficiaries through initiatives that promote education, healthcare, and economic empowerment. Its vision is to build a safe, inclusive, and sustainable community in Shah Faisal Colony where education, health, and livelihood opportunities are accessible to all—particularly women and children.
The organization operates through six departments: Education, Healthcare, Livelihoods, Vocational Training, Outreach, and Administration. Each department aligns with community needs, national priorities, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
RLCC primarily follows a self-funded model supported by local donations. However, due to inflation and economic constraints, the organization is seeking enhanced donor and institutional support to sustain its community-driven programs.
