لَن تَنَالُوا۟ ٱلْبِرَّ حَتَّىٰ تُنفِقُوا۟ مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ ۚ وَمَا تُنفِقُوا۟ مِن شَىْءٍۢ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِهِۦ عَلِيمٌۭ
"You will never attain righteousness unless you spend out of what you love; and whatever thing you spend, surely Allah is well aware of it" (3:92)
Friends and Family as with the last few years, I am requesting you to support Rashid Memorial Welfare Organization (RMWO) again this year with your Donations/Zakat.
With your generous support last year Air Cdre. (Retd.) Shabbir with his team of volunteers were able to help and support the daily wagers, the underprivileged deserving rural families around Rashidabad in Sindh (and Alamabad in KPK) by distributing dry ration to over 1000 families during the crises, delivered cooked food package to over 300 families for 7 weeks during floods. Placing Ramadan package for 500 families. Now they are engaged in repair and reconstruction of damaged houses. They have simultaneously extended help to Zakat deserving patients as well as extended educational stipends. This is besides the ongoing construction work for which they receive dedicated and general donations.
While there are many great organizations out there that are really doing some great work. RMWO is one of those organizations ... very dear to me and my family.
