The Annual Scholarships for Future Leaders project at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) aims to transform the lives of deserving students by providing them with the opportunity to pursue a year-long education at one of Pakistan’s premier institutions. Through this initiative, IBA identifies talented individuals from underprivileged backgrounds and equips them with the resources they need to excel academically. With your support, we can continue to uphold our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering success, with nearly 50-60 graduates benefiting from this program annually.

In Pakistan, millions of bright minds are held back by barriers to education, leaving their potential untapped and communities deprived of their contributions. The low enrollment rate in higher education institutions reflects a systemic issue of educational inequality, perpetuated by socioeconomic disparities and cultural norms that undervalue the transformative power of education. Through the National Talent Hunt Program (NTHP), IBA is actively addressing this challenge by reaching out to communities with limited access to educational opportunities.
